On a quiet Tuesday night in April of 2013, Jeremy McCall and Mark Burke met for a pitcher and some wings at a local London eatery.
Jeremy was a few months away from becoming a first-time father, and quickly realizing that he was at a different point in his life path than the friends he grew up with. His coworker Mark was a few years older, and a father of three.
Over the ensuing discussion, it became incredibly apparent that engaged and involved fathers had a ton of wisdom and insight to share with those who were only beginning their own fatherhood journey. Both Mark and Jeremy were aware of all the mom-centric organizations in town, and total lack of resources and support for dads – and this is how Dad Club London was born.
